This user agreement will commence from the date on which it is published on LDV Vaal and will continue indefinitely, being amended by LDV Vaal as and when it is necessary for the entire duration of the operational use of the website. LDV Vaal may in its sole discretion, change the user agreement or any part therein contained with or without notice to users. Governing law and jurisdiction
